All player account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. KSpin does not charge currency conversion fees for deposits made via local Malaysian payment methods.
All deposits must be funded from payment instruments that belong to the registered account holder. KKSpin does not accept deposits from third-party payment instruments. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and the relevant account may be suspended pending investigation.

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Processing may be delayed during periods of high volume, scheduled maintenance, or where additional verification is required.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. Where a payment method does not support withdrawals, KKSpin will work with the Player to identify an alternative method that matches their verified identity. KKSpin will not process withdrawals to payment instruments not registered in the account holder's verified name.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the Withdrawal page within your account. KKSpin reserves the right to set withdrawal limits at its sole discretion, including implementing staged disbursements for large withdrawal amounts.

Unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered in full before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
